Boon of the Superbolt

Superbolts make up less than 1% of total lightning strikes, but when they do strike, they pack a powerful punch. While the average lightning strike contains around 300 million volts, superbolts are 1,000 times stronger and can cause major damage to infrastructure, ships, and disintegrate living creatures. With your combined heritage of speed and the ocean, you have pushed yourself to run so fast you become a living superbolt.

As many times as half your proficiency modifier a day, you can enter a Superbolt State for 30 seconds by attacking the ground you stand on or water you are swimming in. In this state, your flashfist powers are overcharged as lightning courses through your entire body constantly. Your shocking strikes feature reduces immunity to resistance as your strikes pack the power of 300 billion volts (your Watt's the Matter with you? feature doesn't turn immunity to neutral). Your mind is sharpened as a superbolt, giving you a new way to use Ride the Lightning. Now, as an alternative to the base ability, you can expend an reaction to make extra attacks equal to your constitution modifier as long as it's one target. These attacks apply the Shocked State ability on a critical hit but does not stack multiple Shocked States, and cannot bypass lightning immunity. The triton blood in you never felt more free than in this state, letting your swimming speed becomes equal to your walking speed. Finally, when your fist strikes true, it is known by a signature thunderous boom, as lightning turns into constant sparks around your body. When you deal lightning damage you also gain temporary hit points equal to the amount damage dealt.

After the Superbolt State is over, you must make a constitution saving throw. The dc is calculated as 10 + your proficiency modifier + your constitution modifier. On a pass, your speed reduced by 5ft that day. On a fail, you gain a level of exhaustion. Using the Superbolt State more than once adds your proficiency modifier to the DC and further reduces your speed, stacking on each use until you long rest.
