Prerequisite: you gotta be a rogue
If you are behind the target, attacks that do piercing damage will increase by 1D8 + half your dexterity modifier rounded up. increasing by 1D8 at level 5, 10 , 15 and 20. Also, while behind the target, attacks with piercing damage will crit on a 19 aswell as a 20.
