Can only be selected by a half-orc who has been blessed by Talos through one ritual or another. One such ritual is the one that occurs in Neverwinter Woods' Circle of Thunder, wherein an animal is sacrificed under the guise of a storm; Gorthok is summoned, and, once defeated, the champion becomes blessed as an Anchorite.

This blessing takes on a few additional gifts, and will grow in power once reaching the fifth level. The benefits are as follows:

Having defeated Gorthok the Elemental Companion of Talos, you can now embody the shape of a boar once per day for a number of hours equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1 hour). Details in action. 

You also gain some Innate Spellcasting! Your innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom. You can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: 

• 2/day: Thunderwave 
• 1/day each: Borrowed Knowledge, Speak With Dead (Provided the Dead has been deceased no longer than 24 hours)
• [At fifth level, an additional charge of Thunderwave will be added, Bless can be cast at level 3, and Protection From Energy (Provided it is Lightning or Thunder)]
