This is technically not a feat, rather an eldritch invocation (since dndbeyond lacks a function for custon eldritch invocations) for the warlock class, which if used in game can be picked instead of one of the official invocations.
Prerequisite: 5th level warlock
As a bonus action you can surround yourself with a magical aura which may look like loose papers, files or books flying around you. The aura extends 5 ft from you in every direction, but not through total cover. It lasts until you are incapacitated or you dismiss it as a bonus action.
The aura grants you advantage on Intelligence (History or Arcana, which you chose when you activate this ability) but disadvantage on all other intelligence checks, including investigation and the one you didn't pick when activating this trait. Any other creature that starts its turn in the aura takes slashing (papercut) damage equal to your spellcasting modifyer.
Once you use this invocation, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
