Prerequisite: You must be pactbound to the Voice of Ruin, and have commited at least two acts in his name.
Whenever a hostile creature is reduced to zero hit points within 15 feet of you, your bardic inspiration die increases by one category (ie: 1d6 becomes 1d8, 1d8 becomes 1d10, maxing out at 1d12) for the next 10 minutes. If subsequent creatures are reduced to zero hit points near you during this duration, the die increases in size again, resetting the duration.
In addition, whenever a creature rolls one or more of your bardic inspiration dice, you regain hit points equal to the result.
