Choose a small, medium, or large animal or beast that will serve as your permanent secondary form. Once per short rest, you can shift into this animal or beast. While shifted you will share the statistic and abilities of the animal you choose, along with anything else as granted by your DM. The animal or beast you choose to shift into must be declared prior to your first shift.
