Chaos by it's very nature is uncontrollable. Attempt to temper it's nature and cast your will upon it and you may succeed for a time. However, just as the storm builds and the river swells destroying the levees and berms, so to will chaos lay waste to every deed and measure aimed at constraining it.
You have, intentionally or otherwise, placed yourself into the path of chaos and it has noticed you. You now bear it's mark as it's energy has suffused itself to your very being.
Once per long rest you can activate this mark unleashing chaos into the world around you granting you a +3 to a spell save DC or a +3 to magic based attack rolls. Once this is used you must roll on the Wild Magic Surge table twice resolving each effect in the order they are rolled. If you have access to Controlled Chaos you roll three times and choose two.
