After a while of study and focus, you found a way to separate your brain's 2 sides to be independent of each other, with one working while the other sleeps, removing your need to sleep and giving you a +2 to your max INT, though due to the separation, you lose 1 of your current INT.
Though now that the sides of the brain are separate, you no longer feel used to having both active at once, as putting them both on at the same time will cause you to get massive headaches and migraines, though for that time, you will be able to concentrate on 2 spells at once, or you can give yourself advantage on any check/save that uses your intelligence score. you can keep this active for an amount of minutes = to your intelligence modifier, though for every round of combat (or 6 seconds) you keep it active, you take 10 psychic damage - your INT modifier (it cannot be reduced in any other way).
You regain 1 minute of charge every 10 minutes that you do not use an INT check/save, or after a short or long rest where you do nothing but nap/sleep/rest and being fully unconscious to rest your mind.
It takes no action to activate/deactivate this, though both spells you are concentrating on will lose concentration. (if you are only focusing on one while doing this, you still lose concentration)
(also, activating this to quickly gain advantage on an INT check/save will not cost anything if used as an action, but as a reaction/free action, it will cost a minute to react quick enough and will still deal that damage)
