The Delirium that courses through your veins consumes you and drives you into a mindless fury.
Friend or Foe. When you drop below 1/3 of your total hit points, you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 20 - your proficiency bonus - your Wisdom ability modifier). On a failed save, you are unable to distinguish between friend or foe until you are healed and your hit points exceed 1/3 your total hit points, or your hit points drop to zero. While active, you must attack the creature closest to you until their hit points drop to zero, they move away, or the above conditions are met.
Monstrous Strength. On a failed Wisdom saving throw, your unarmed strikes deal an additional 2d6 necrotic damage per hit until the above conditions are met.
Warped Form. On a failed Wisdom saving throw, your body begins to warp and change from the effects of the Delirium as thick tendrils burst forth. In this form, you gain resistance to necrotic damage and your unarmed strikes can reach a target up to 10 feet away from you.
