You harness the raw power of a red dragon, transforming yourself into a creature of incredible might. When you use this feat, you gain the following benefits:

Draconic Form: As a bonus action, you can transform into a Young Red Dragon. Your statistics change to match those of a Young Red Dragon (see the *Monster Manual* for details), including its ability scores, hit points, and armor class. Your equipment melds into your form and becomes non-functional until you revert to your original form.

Revert Form: As a bonus action, you can revert to your original form. Any excess damage dealt to you in Draconic Form carries over to your original form. If you revert while unconscious or incapacitated, you remain in your original form and are prone.

Limitations After Transformation Ends:
Increased Exhaustion: Apply the following levels of exhaustion:
- Up to 1 Minute: 1 level
- More than 1 Minute, up to 10 Minutes: 2 levels
- More than 10 Minutes, up to 20 Minutes: 3 levels
- More than 20 Minutes, up to 30 Minutes: 4 levels
- More than 30 Minutes, up to 1 Hour: 5 levels
- More than 1 Hour: 6 levels

Rejuvenation Time: Roll a d12 to determine the number of days required before you can use the feat again.

Draconic Stigma: Disadvantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Deception) checks for 24 hours after transforming.

Exhaustion Effects:
- 1st Level: Disadvantage on ability checks.
- 2nd Level: Disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.
- 3rd Level: Speed halved.
- 4th Level: Hit point maximum halved.
- 5th Level: Speed reduced to 0, disadvantage on all rolls.
- 6th Level: Incapacitated; if not restored within 1 hour, you die.
