Flow State is a trance of the mind, allowing one to push their body to the absolute limit. Only activates on a natural 20. Once activated it will lower the number needed to land a critical by 1. It can stack endlessly, but can not go lower than 2. while in flow state if you do not land a crit the counter resets back to 20. Flow State can not be used with any other item or effect that already lowers the number needed to crit.
