Elemental Companion: Partnership

You form a strict partnership with a friendly elemental. You may as a free action on your turn communicate telepathically with it.

When the companion is within melee distance of another creature you gain advantage on attacks made against said creature as long as your companion is not incapacitated or unconscious.
