You have learned everything you can about getting out of tight situations, both magical and mundane:

• You gain proficiency with thieves tools for lock picking, specifically where you are bound. Roll with advantage if attempting to open a lock that confines you bodily or in part such as: manacles, shackles, cell doors, cages, hand cuffs, pillory, stocks, etc .
• You learn the Word of recall spell and can cast it once without expending a spell slot. Your prearranged sanctuary need not be a religious location nor must you have a  Divine connection. You regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a long rest.
• You learn the Dimension Door spell. You can cast it on yourself and one willing creature you can touch once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a long rest.
• You learn the Misty Step spell. You can cast it once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a short or long rest.
