Controlled Counterspell

You've learnt to mitigate the chaos produced by countered counterspells, providing the following benefits:

• You can cast Counterspell without expending a spell slot once per long rest. The spell is cast at 3rd level.
• You have advantage on the ability check required to counter spells of a higher level than your counterspell.
• When you trigger a wild magic surge with a counterspell you may roll twice on the surge table and take either option.
