The power of creation, a truly magnificent and fascinating power.
This feat has 5 stages of goes through, beginning at level 1(stage 1), level 5(stage 2), level 10(stage 3), level 15(stage 4), and level 20(stage 5)
You will be granted progressive abilities as you level up through these stages.
Stage 1:Creation of historical weapons, the creation of these weapons can be done over a Long rest for no cost, however it can also be done in combat for a certain amount of points of "Creation energy", this creation energy Recharges on a long rest. the items you can make on a Long rest can not require more than 4 times your current creation energy than your current max, but they do not spend any creation energy to make them. example; if you have a max creation energy of 10, you can create a set of items that requites up to 40 creation energy. this could be 1 item that costs 40, or 4 items that cost 10 or 2 that cost 10 and 1 that costs 20 and so on.
Stage 2: You gain access to the construction of weapons and vehicles that existed during the world wars.
Stage 3: You gain access to constructing vehicles and weapons of modern era aswell as more specfic designs like specific key cards or painting's that you can copy.
Stage 4:You gain access to constructing vehicles and weapons of a futuristic era.
Stage 5: At this point you gain access to constructing weapons and equipments from mere concepts that you have.
Creation costs;
Each item you make has a certain cost to it, you spent creation points to create these items. none of these item's can be enchanted.
common items like bottles heavy weapon ammo and other small items like rope cost 1 point.
Melee weapons are the cheapest to construct only costing 1 to 2 points depending on the size of the weapon.
Pistols and other light ranged weapons like bows and crossbows cost a little more due to the complicated nature of their construction, taking around 4 points
rifles and other such weapons cost 6 points to produce.
and finally heavy weapons like anti matter rifles, machine guns, rocket launchers and such cost 8 points to create.
Objects of greater size than this take even more, for example a truck taking 40 points or a small car taking 20. Bikes and other small vehicles would take around 10. Discuss more specific costs with the DM for item's not listed or for more specific item's.
