You’re just not as brave!
You are considered Blinded and Deafened when Frightened. Every hour, roll a wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to the CR of the highest CR creature you've faced in the last 24 hours. On a fail, you are frightened by that creature for 1 minute, regardless of if the creature is still alive.
