Crushing Impact

Your strikes become even more devastating. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can expend a superiority die (or use a reaction if you don’t have superiority dice) to deal additional damage equal to the roll. Additionally, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be stunned until the end of your next turn.
