Lesser Wildshape

Your connection to nature allows you to temporarily assume the form of a beast, much like a druid's wildshape, you gain the following benefits.

• Your wisdom score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20
• You may transform into a beast. This functions as per the Wild Shape feature but you can only transform into beasts that are CR 1 and don't have a swimming or flying speed. The duration is 1 hour. This ability cannot be used again until you complete a long rest, unless you expend a spell slot of 1st level or higher.
