As your mastery of your craft grows, your reputation has begun to spread far and wide. Many young journeymen are in need of a mentor, to coach them in the intricacies of their chosen trade.
Your DM will supply a list of candidates from which you may pick one to become your apprentice. Your apprentice can complete many tasks for you while you are adventuring, and can also accompany you on adventures. While they are adventuring with you, they receive a 1/4 share of your XP.
At level 12 and level 16, you may take this feat again, choosing a new apprentice each time.
