You feel uncomfortable about lying to those close to you, and that discomfort manifests as an obvious tell. Those who have spent an extended amount of time around you (at least a week) and are on positive terms with you will have an easier time determining if you're lying to them. You have disadvantage on Deception checks when expressing outright lies to such characters (distinct from misleading via ambiguity).
