Boulder - Parchment - Shears Image

Either through earning the trust of a legendary hidden master, uncovering the remnants of long-lost scrolls of marital arts, or inheriting the secrets passed down through your bloodline, you have mastered this unique ancient martial technique.

Whenever you use your Flurry of Blows,  you can forgo one unarmed strike to instead focus your ki into one of the following techniques. You can use each of the techniques once per short or long rest.

Boulder Strike - Ki courses through you, hardening your form like the mountains. Until the start of your next turn, critical hits against you become normal hits, and you gain resistance  to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. If you hit a creature with an unarmed strike as part of this bonus action, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from you.

Parchment Strike - Ki flows through you like ink on endless scrolls. Until the start of your next turn, you gain a +2 bonus to AC and advantage on saving throws against effects that would move you against your will. If you hit a creature an unarmed strike as part of this bonus action, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have its speed reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn.

Shear Strike - Ki sharpens your strikes to a razor's edge and severs binding effects. You end any effects on yourself that reduce speed. Additionally, until the end of this turn, your unarmed strikes made as part of this bonus action treat any AC of 20 or higher as AC 19, and any hit you score with that unarmed strike is a critical hit.
