Prerequisite: Must be able to cast at least one spell
As an action, you may create a spell-slot that you can cast of your choice. The spell-slot must be used immediately. Upon casting the spell, you must reduce your Max HP for Xd6 where x the level of the spell you just cast.. You can restore 20% of your Max HP lost this way per long rest.
