Through getting knocked down many times, or simply because you find it a preferred method of movement, you've become just as skilled at moving on all fours as you are on two feet. Upon taking this feat, you gain the following benefits.
Crawling doesn't cost you additional movement speed.
Attacks made against you while you are prone do not have advantage against you, nor do any successful attack rolls made against you count as critical hits.
Making melee attack rolls from prone are no longer made with disadvantage.
Standing up from prone costs you only 5 feet of movement instead of half your movement.
