Druids with this feat are able to Wild Shape as a Disguise Self into a Druid of another humanoid species such as human, elf, orc, etc.

Use of this feat does not count against the amount of Wild Shapes the user has per long rest.

If the user is hit while under the effect of this feat, they must succeed on a Concentration check to maintain the Disguise Self
