Breath of the Ancient Dragons

Through dedication and countless nights of practice, you used your innate weapon repeatedly, training it like a muscle, breaking it, and letting it heal until it came back stronger. Your training has paid off in the form of a breath weapon closer to that of true dragons. You've gained access to rare powers that very few dragonborns can achieve and you gain the following benefits:

• You may choose a 15 ft. cone or 5 by 30 ft. line when attacking using your chosen breath weapon. You must declare which before making the attack.
• Once you expend all uses of your breath weapon attack, it now has Recharge 6 instead of needing a short or long rest. At the beginning of your turn, you roll a d6. On a 6 your breath weapon can be used again. If your breath weapon expends charges, you regain a charge and all charges are still regained as per the rules of your species.
• You add your proficiency bonus to the damage of your breath weapon attacks.
