Prerequisite: Must be Level 19 Must have taken an oath or made a pact with a deity or powerful entity of storms, lightning, or thunder.

Herald of Storms is a feat that transforms a dedicated warrior into a conduit of storm powers. By pledging allegiance to a Storm deity, an adventurer gains unparalleled abilities to harness and manipulate storm energies. These powers manifest in various formidable traits that make the Herald a devastating force on the battlefield, commanding lightning and thunder to their will.

Thunderous Rebuke. As a reaction, when struck by a melee attack, you can release a thunderous wave. The attacker must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or be pushed back 10 feet and takes thunder damage equal to your level.

Storm's Vengeance. Once per long rest, you can call upon the power of the storm to strike a target you can see within 60 feet. This manifests as a bolt of lightning that deals 4d10 lightning damage and 2d10 thunder damage, ignoring resistance.

Eye of the Storm. You can create a safe area in a storm. As an action, you can calm a 20-foot radius sphere centered on you, suppressing weather effects and giving creatures within a bonus to stealth checks equal to your Charisma modifier.

Storm Ward. While out in the open during a storm, you gain a +2 bonus to AC. Additionally, you have advantage on checks and saves during storms.
