Prerequisite: Must be level 19 Must have survived a cataclysmic winter event or performed a significant ritual dedicated to a winter deity.

Herald of the Winter bestows upon an adventurer unparalleled power and command over the cold. This feat signifies a deep and mystical bond with the essence of winter, empowering the individual with divine authority over ice and snow. They become a feared and respected emissary of the winter god, able to bend the harsh elements to their will and marshal forces of nature in ice-cloaked battles.

Blizzard's Wrath. You can summon a blizzard once per long rest, creating a 60-foot-radius sphere of swirling snow and ice centered on a point you choose within 120 feet. The blizzard lasts for 1 minute, heavily obscuring the area and dealing 4d6 cold damage to any creature that starts its turn within the sphere.

Frostbound Aegis. You gain resistance to cold damage and immunity to damage from non-magical cold environments. Additionally, you gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class when in snowy or icy terrain.

Icy Command. As a bonus action, you can command ice and snow to obey your will. You can create simple structures, barriers, or tools made of ice (no larger than a 10-foot cube) that last for 1 hour. You can also cause icy terrain to become difficult terrain for 5 minutes. You also gain the ability to cast Ice Storm at will, without using a spell slot, but only in outdoor, naturally cold environments.

Winter's Embrace. Once per day, you can envelop yourself in an aura of frost for 1 minute. During this time, you gain temporary hit points equal to half your maximum hit points, and any creature that touches or hits you with a melee attack takes 2d6 cold damage.
