Prerequisite: Wizard, Sorcerer, Druid, Warlock, Bard, or other spellcaster that can cast spells of 10th lvl or higher.
Your already epic spellcasting power and diversity is ever increased.
Whenever you finish a rest to regain spell slots of your maximum spell level or higher, you regain one additional spell slot of a level that is less than 12th level but more than 5th level. This addition does not impact your spell slot maximum based on your level. Once you gain this extra spell slot, you do not gain it again whenever you make a rest to regain spell slots of the chosen level without expending all of those spell slots.
