Prerequisite: Must be level 19 and Must have survived direct contact with an Abyssal Rift or successfully communed with a powerful demon lord, prince, or deity from the Abyss.

Herald of the Abyss is a corruptive feat forged in the darkest depths of the Abyss itself. This feat smothers the adventurer in the essence of relentless chaos and entropic power found within that plane. Tainted by this connection, the Herald becomes an agent of disorder, capable of twisting reality and the minds of others in their wake. Their presence is both a blessing and a curse ― those who come near them feel the oppressive weight of the Abyss, time and space may shudder, and reality often bends in obedience to the deep madness from beyond the material plane.

Abyssal Infusion. Your body pulses with eldritch energy that draws from the Abyss. When in combat, you gain resistance to psychic and necrotic damage. Once per long rest, you may also call upon the chaotic forces of the Abyss to forcibly move a single enemy within 60 feet up to 40 feet in any direction of your choice. Creatures moved in this way must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or suffer 6d10 psychic damage as their mind is momentarily torn apart by the sheer trauma of the experience.

Void Touched Perception. Reality teeters at the brink of your perception, allowing you to see the world through the abyssal veil. You can see invisible creatures and objects within 120 feet, and your line of sight is never blocked by magical darkness. You also gain advantage on Perception and Insight checks made to detect hidden or disguised fiends.

Twist of Entropy. As an agent of the Abyss, you gain the power to introduce pockets of localized chaos. Once per day, you can warp reality within a 30-foot radius centered on yourself. For 1 minute, all enemies within the radius make their saving throws with disadvantage. Within this zone, time flows irregularly — effects that normally occur at the end of turns (such as poison damage) instead happen unpredictably, occurring at either the start or end of a creature's turn (your choice). Those inside may even experience distorted chronological bleed — such as hearing their voice or footsteps seconds in advance or delayed.

Abyssal Herald's Resilience. The distortion you draw upon has hardened your body to the unpredictable, shifting nature of the Abyss. You gain a +3 bonus to saving throws, and environmental effects of the Abyss or madness-like effects have no impact on you. Any time you would normally fail an Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma saving throw against mental magic, you may roll again, taking the higher result.
