Prerequisite: A character must be 20th level to take this feat.
You can use a bonus action to remove or restore charges from a magic item you can see within 30 feet of you. If you restore charges, you can restore up to half the charges the item contains when fully charged, rounding down. If you remove charges, you remove them all. If the item is held or worn by another creature other than you, that creature gets a Dexterity saving throw (DC 20) to avoid the effect. Once you use this boon, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
