Inspiring Words

Prerequisite: 15 Charisma

You learn how to boost people performance with your amazing words of encouragement. You can use a bonus action to say some encouraging words to a ally within 30 feet of you and within the next 1 minute, once per turn, they can add your charisma modifier ( minimum of 1) to any roll they make. You can use this ability a number of times equal to half your charisma modifier rounded down (minimum of 1) and you regain all uses after a long rest.
