Unfaltering Vitality

You are immune to the Unconcious status. 

When you fall to 0 HP, you do not fall unconscious. However, you still make death saves and getting hit still makes you instantly lose a death save. While using this feature, you cannot be stabilized via normal means until you decide to let yourself fall unconscious.
