Through days hard at work moving your fingers in strange and painful positions, you can now use level 5 and below spells without verbal use and if it only Somatic and you can do those spells as a Bonus Action if they are not already. You Gain the following Benefits:

• Increase you spell attack bonus by +1 
• Increase you Dexterity by 1 to a max of 20 
• You no longer use verbal components as long as they are not level 6 and above or rituals
