Herald of Domination is not a title granted lightly. This feat signifies a character as one who has demonstrated absolute mastery over creatures and magic through subjugation and control. Unleashing unparalleled dominion over minds and wills, this feat empowers the character to extend their influence tenuously over entire groups, drive terror into the hearts of enemies, and even manipulate battlefield tactics on an unprecedented scale. Appearing like a walking sovereign of submission, the Herald's every step commands reverence and fear.
Aura of Subjugation. You radiate an oppressive aura in a 30-foot radius, causing any creature of your choice within range to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failed save, the creature becomes Charmed by you for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, with disadvantage if they are already under the effect of a charm spell.
Overwhelming Will. Whenever you use a spell or ability that allows you to dominate or charm a creature (such as Dominate Person or Hold Monster), you can target one additional creature within 10 feet of the original target without expending additional spell slots. The second creature must roll a Wisdom saving throw as normal for the spell. This secondary effect can be used once per long rest.
Command the Unruly. You gain the ability to issue commands to a group of lesser beings (Challenge Rating 3 or lower), as if casting the Command spell. You can affect a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier + your level within 60 feet. The creatures must understand your language in order to follow the command. This ability can be used as a bonus action once per short rest.
Crown of Dominion. Your authority is unmatched. Whenever your presence is apparent in battle (having cast a Dominate, Charm, or Fear effect on at least one target), creatures that fail a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Charisma modifier) within a 15-foot radius around you must use their Reaction to kneel before you. While kneeling, the creature is prone and cannot take any actions or reactions except those commanded by you. This effect can occur once per combat encounter.
