Herald Of The Abomination God Image
Prerequisite: Must be Level 19 and Must have willingly entered a dark pact with an ancient abomination or aberrant deity beyond mortal understanding during a pivotal event (such as during a lunar eclipse or at a place where reality itself has thinned).

Herald of the Abomination God is a feat reserved for those who have become envoys to one of the cosmos' darkest entities—an abomination god whose influence twists the natural order. Through a profane ritual, you have bound yourself to this otherworldly being, granting you horrific powers at the cost of your sanity and soul. As their Herald, you spread chaos, madness, and corruption with every step, wielding power designed to erode the stability of the world and tear reality apart.

Unholy Visage. Your mere presence distorts the world around you. Creatures within a 30-foot radius who can see you must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be subject to a random madness effect (refer to the short-term madness table in the DMG) for 1 minute. This ability can be used once per long rest.

Aberrant Mutation. Once per long rest, as an action, you can transform temporarily into a horrific reflection of the abomination you serve. For 10 minutes, you grow grotesque features—extra limbs, eyeless faces, tentacles, or gory maws—which alter your attributes as follows: you gain advantage on all melee attack rolls, +2 to AC, and resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage from non-magical attacks. During the duration, any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of you also takes 1d12 psychic damage as their mind fractures at the sight of your abominable form.

Blood of Ruin. Once per day, you can bathe a weapon or piece of ammunition in your own blood as an action. If the blood is used to strike an enemy, the attack deals an additional 3d10 necrotic damage. In doing so, however, you take half that necrotic damage yourself and cannot recover it using any form of restoration magic for 24 hours. The blood fades after 10 minutes if unused.

Flawed Immortality. Upon reaching 0 hit points, you regain 100 hit points automatically, but at the cost of a permanent mutation—this may manifest as a twisted limb, altered sensory organs, or voices from the void constantly whispering in your mind (Dm's Choice). Each time this ability is used, your maximum hit points are reduce by 50 until you finish a long rest. You can use this ability once a day.
