The devotee's eyes become hypnotic spirals that confound their foes.
As an action, you may make a gaze attack against a target within 30 feet. The target makes a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8+proficiency modifier+Charisma modifier). On a failure, the target is stunned until the start of your next turn, or until you move out of line of sight. On a success, the target is not stunned, but has disadvantage on the next attack roll they make on their next turn.
You may use the Eyes of the Spiralling Depths once per long rest without penalty. On each additional use, make a Charisma save that starts at DC 10, but increases by 5 for each additional time the feature has been used that day. On a failure, you take one level of exhaustion. On a success, there is no penalty.
