You have the power of Dragons in your blood but it is unstable

Level 1 - You can chose one area to work upon in manifesting the dragons power (Legs, Arms, Torso, head, Back). These abilities all last for 3 turns. These abelites can but used twice per day upon using the second charge you gain a level of exhaustion. 

Legs - When your legs are transformed into the form of a dragon increase movement speed by 10 ft, you are not slowed by difficult terrain. At level 11 this increases by a further 10 ft

Arms - When you transform your arms if you make a unarmed strike you can add 1d6 slashing damage to the damage die. You also get advantage on strength checks that use arms. At Level 6 this increase by an additional 1d6 to a total of 2d6 Slashing, Level 11 an additional 1d6 to a total of 3d6 Slashing, Level 16 an additional 1d6 to a total of 4d6 Slashing.

Torso - When you focus on transforming your torso you can cover your body in dragon scales which increases your AC by 1. At Level 6 this increase to a +2 AC bonus, Level 11 +3 AC bonus, Level 16 +4 AC. 

Head- If you transform your head then as a action you can use a breath weapon attack. The type of dragon you have chosen determines the breath weapon.

Breath Weapon

You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic transformation determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 4d6 at 6th level, 6d6 at 11th level, and 8d6 at 16th level. 

Back - If you choose to focus on transforming your back then you can manifest dragon wings and gain a fly speed of 40ft. If you are air borne while the wings disappear you will take fall damage as per fall damage table.

Level 3- Due to you gaining some control over your Dragon heart you can now manifest two different areas at one time if you choose to do so one much take an action while the other is a bonus action.
