Fighting Style Feat (Prerequisite: 9 strength or less)

When you roll to hit  for an attack you make with a Melee weapon that you are holding with one hand, you can subtract you proficiency bonus from the attack roll, but the target of the attack will have to make a wisdom saving throw. The dc is 8 plus proficiency plus dexterity modifier or have a penalty on their next attack equal to your proficiency bonus.
