You have asthma, a chronic lung disease caused by inflammation and muscle tightening around the airways, which makes it harder to breathe. Symptoms of your asthma can include coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness. As a result of having asthma, you gain the following traits.

Your movement speed is reduced by 5 feet.

You have disadvantage on saving throws against exhaustion.

When you take the dash action on your turn, you must succeed on a DC 13 constitution saving throw or gain a level of exhaustion. 

You have advantage on persuasion (charisma) checks and medicine (wisdom) checks.

You gain proficiency in persuasion and medicine.
