When you Cast a attack spell that requires a DC saving throw from the creature that the spell is targeting. You can use your "Ultimate Sacrifice" Skill as a bonus action to force the spell attack to succeed and deal maximum damage times your level.

(Example: Fireball casted at level three usually does 8d6, with Ultimate Sacrifice it will do 46 [max damage] times the caster level.)

But in doing so the caster will also take as much damage or effect that the creature has taken.

If the spell deals damage, then the caster takes the same amount of damage. If the spell is some sort of banishment or plane shift the caster also travels with the target.

If the caster falls to 0 hp from using this skill the creature is completely dead, unable to be revived or resurrected.

Ultimate Sacrifice has one charge, once used it may never be used again with this character. There is no divine intervention or wish that can undo the using of Ultimate Sacrifice. Once it is casted it is done, cemented in reality, unable to be stopped or changed.

This truly is the Ultimate Sacrifice
