You see the spark of potential in your ally, 's action, and you shout out an encouraging phrase that rekindles their focus and determination
As a reaction, which you take when an ally you see within 60 feet of you fails an attack roll or saving throw giving them a bonus based on the type of action
Attack. If the ally fails an attack it can reroll the failed die, adding your spellcasting modifier to the attack and damage die, If the attack is then a successful weapon attack the target may then immediately make another attack as part of the same action retaining the bonuses granted
Saving throw. If the ally fails a saving throw of any type, it can reroll the failed die and add your spellcasting modifier to the new roll. On a success, the ally then gains temporary equal to your spellcasting ability modifier.
An ally may benefit from this ability only once per short rest.
