You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma Score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Never Alone. You gain access to the Find Familiar spell and may cast it using this feat a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, this resets after a long rest.
