Make a DC10+spell levelx2 Arcana check and spend 1 hour preparing the item, on a success the magic is stable for PBhours and the spell can be triggered by a creature as an item interact action. Certain spells can be permanently cast upon items with a DC15+spell levelx2 Arcana check.
