In a time of desperate need, you call upon the memory of your dearest, closest family member to give you strength.
When facing opponents directly associated with a predetermined "sworn enemy," the wielder of this feat has the option to enter a self-sacrificing, all-consuming, suicidal rage. Hit points are entirely negated, all stats receive a +3 to their modifiers, and every attack against the sworn enemy is an automatic critical hit. To activate this feat, you must (a.) have at least 1 level in barbarian, (b.) be actively engaged in a rage, and (c.) be at half-health or lower. Every turn until the fight is over, the wielder must make a wisdom saving throw DC 10 to focus their own anger. Failing a wisdom save applies the effects of Crown of Madness until the wielder manages a passed wisdom saving throw. At the end of their rage, a coin flip determines whether or not the wielder succumbs to their injuries. Heads, the player lives, but is permanently stripped of half their hit points. Receiving tails, the player dies.
