When the amplifier und speaker are summoned you can use a reaction to expend 1 Bardic Inspiration, if you do so choose a target in 60 ft. range.
The target have to roll a constitution saving roll, on a failed roll the target take 1d8 thunder damage and is deafend for 1 minute.
