This feat can be enforced(in secret, on any level) by DM and in this situation does not count as a typical feat.
Prerequisite: you need to have overly tragic backstory, and think that you are superior writer over others because of that.
This feat makes you able to cast healing word once per every 10 damage dealt.
If you won’t use at least half of them you take amount of damage equal to hp that you could heal with theese spells.
