Defensive Duelist (PHB '24)

General Feat (Prerequisite: Dexterity score of 13 or higher)

You’ve learned to deftly parry attacks. You gain the following benefits:

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Defensive Form. If you are holding a Finesse, Light or Versatile weapon and another creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your Reaction to add your Proficiency Bonus to your Armor Class for that attack, potentially causing the attack to miss you. You gain this bonus to your AC against melee attacks until the start of your next turn.
