Prerequisite: Proficiency with unarmed strikes or martial arts (such as monks or pugilists)
Your body is a weapon, and you’ve trained to make your strikes hit harder and last longer. This feat grants the following benefits:
Increase your Strength or Dexterity by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d4 bludgeoning damage.
When you score a critical hit with an unarmed strike, you can roll one additional damage die when determining the extra damage.
As a bonus action, you can spend your Hit Die to regain hit points equal to the die roll + your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1). You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.
