Upon acceptance of the boon, you let out a primal bellow towards your teammates. Your mind splinters, and you lose faith in your companions. Each time you activate your rage, you let out another primal scream.

In addition to dealing extra psychic damage while raging, you gain the following permanent madnesses:

• "Your friends don’t matter, only the void and your memories matter'
• “I must bend the truth, exaggerate, or outright lie to be interesting to other people.”
• “There’s only one person I can trust. And only I can see this special friend”
• "I’ve discovered that I really like killing people"

Additionally, no matter what you say, magic that would determine if you are telling the truth indicates you are being truthful if you so choose, and you can't be compelled to tell the truth by magic.
