You have been accepted into the sisterhood of the Wychlaran. Your combined levels of your spellcasting classes determine your rank in that organization.

From 1st to 4th level, you are an Ethran. You have provisional membership in the Wychlaran, contingent upon your good behavior and finishing your studies. Your membership includes learning a new cantrip from any spell list. You learn the spell Speak with Animals, can use this spell to identify and communicate with the animal spirits in Rashemen, and it is always considered to be on your spell list. If you can already cast spells as rituals, then  you can join a Wychlaran circle to cast cooperative magic. You cannot create your own circles or lead a circle unless you gain that trait from another source. Ethrans typically serve their communities as wise women and healers, and are responsible for reporting signs of magical aptitude in Rashemi children to the sisterhood.

From 5th to 17th level, you are a Hathran. You have advanced in the sisterhood of the Wychlaran and are now accorded full rights and privileges of your office, and more responsibility to the nation, spirits, and gods. As a Hathran, your word is law to the people of Rashemen. Witches who abuse this power are hunted down and brought before the Othlors for judgement. The Othlors are particularly harsh when judging their younger sisters. You learn the spells Speak with Dead and Speak with Plants. These spells can also identify and communicate with the spirits of Rashemen and are always considered to be on your spell list. You cannot lead a circle of Wychlaran in cooperative magic unless you gain that trait from another source. Hathrans typically serve the nation of Rashemen at large and are called in when the Ethrans encounter a problem they lack the power to address.

From 18th level and beyond, you are an Othlor. Othlors have greater responsibilities to the land and the sisterhood, and are called upon to render judgement on errant Hathrans. Othlors are responsible for the long term planning of the sisterhood itself, evaluating prospective Ethrans, and the protecting of the nation from extraterritorial and supernatural threats.

Male members of the Wychlaran are sequestered from their communities and devote all their magical energies to magical research and the creation of magic items. As such, they are strictly an NPC option. Male Rashemi who acquire spellcasting abilities are exiled and Geased to never return or reveal the secrets of Rashemen to outsiders.
